'My Take-30 Experience' - Lucy Dodington-Boyes

Lucy has kindly provided us with a quick video, explaining her experience using the Take-30 service. For more information on this service please contact us: Tel: 01522576659 E:  info@lincslmc.co.uk.

Not quite 100% but can't quite put your finger on what is wrong? In need of a break but not able to switch off?

You don't need to wait until you feel overwhelmed; talking things through can help to let off steam and release that build-up of pressure.

The thing is, when life becomes challenging; 'soldiering on' is often praised and encouraged however keeping things to yourself and locking your feelings away in the name of soldiering on is unlikely to help.

It may feel small and insignificant at first, but locking your feelings away can lead to them growing negative until your whole outlook on life changes, leaving you feeling overwhelmed and out of control.

Talking is such a simple thing but it has the power to change perspective.

(Within 24 hours).
