We are looking for an enthusiastic, highly motivated experienced Practice Nurse /Chronic Condition Nurse who is passionate about providing high quality primary healthcare to join our cohesive and supportive clinical team.  We are looking to expand our team to maintain our outstanding patient care

Gosberton Medical Centre is a medium sized, rural, GMS dispensing practice situated in South Lincolnshire within easy access of Grantham, Boston & Peterborough.
