Job Summary:

  • Hours: 37.5 per week
  • Location: Base will be nearest GP practice to home, but the post will be mixture of working from home and travelling to various GP Practices as the post requires
  • Reporting to: Operations Manager
  • Responsible for: No line management of staff required.

Job purpose:

This role involves providing operational support to the South Lincs Rural Primary Care Network, Operations Manager and Clinical Directors to deliver the NHS England Primary Care Networks DES, and to help prepare and organise the Network to fulfil future ambitions.

Working closely with the Clinical Director and Operations Manager, the post holder will have primary responsibility of the administration of the Network finances, Additional Roles scheme and other Enhanced Service requirements to deliver services to our patients. The role will require collaboration across local providers and stakeholders including patient and third sector groups.

This role requires strong operational skills and NHS Primary Care experience. This is a great opportunity for the right person to support us with the continued growth and development of the Network.
