Job Summary:

HOURS: Full-time or part-time hours, dependent upon applications received

ADDITIONAL HOURS:  To be worked upon request to cover absences of colleagues due to holiday, sickness, or increased workload

We are seeking an enthusiastic Patient Navigator to join our busy but friendly rural practice.

Receive, assist, and direct patients and visitors in accessing the appropriate service or healthcare professional in a courteous, efficient, and effective way. To undertake a wide range of Reception duties.

To provide administrative support to assist in the smooth running of the Practice.

We are looking for someone who is dynamic, highly motivated and a flexible team player to join our Practice.  The successful applicant should also have excellent communication skills, are forward thinking and can work collaboratively within the practice team.

We are a small friendly rural Practice situated in a beautiful village and the Receptionists are supported by skilled and experienced Clinical, Dispensary and Admin teams.

The Practice has approximately 6,500 patients and use SystmOne clinical system. We strive to ensure an excellent high-quality service is provided by all members of Practice staff, always putting the medical care of our patients at the forefront of all decisions.

Flexibility required to cover for staff annual leave and sickness.
