Merton Lodge Surgery is a thriving, friendly practice based in the historic market town of Alford, Lincolnshire. With a list size of approximately 7,000 patients, we are proud to offer high-quality, patient centred care delivered by a skilled and supportive multidisciplinary team.

We operate a profitable dispensary, we are an accredited research site for the National Institute for Health and Care Research (NIRH), and we are an accredited training practice for the Universities of Lincoln and Nottingham, offering opportunities for involvement in both clinical research and medical education / mentorship. Our non-clinical team is highly skilled, well-trained, and essential to our operations. Their dedication and teamwork contribute to a stable, well-run, and efficient working environment.
