Exciting opportunity for practice managers and aspiring managers in Lincolnshire

A fantastic development opportunity not to be missed.

Lincolnshire LMC have joined forces with the IGPM and Damar Training to develop a bespoke programme for Lincolnshire General Practice staff who are either experienced managers wanting to gain a level 5 qualification, who are new to the practice manager role or who are aspiring to become a practice manager in the future.

The programme is the Level 5 operations and departmental manager apprenticeship, accredited by the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM). The programme will be run in line with the IGPM accreditation framework which will enable students to submit the IGPM accreditation application upon completion if they wish. In addition to this, the course will include sessions specifically focussed around the role of a general practice manager providing students with a more bespoke experience, relevant to their role.

This is a fantastic development opportunity not to be missed!
