Expansion of Shingles Vaccination

A letter has been published detailing the planned expansion of the Shingles vaccination programme to include all those who are severely immunosuppressed and aged 18-49 years old from 1 September 2025.

Previously only those individuals classed as severely immunosuppressed and aged 50 years and over were eligible for shingles vaccination.
