Episode 26: Abnormal Liver Function Tests (Raised ALT, Hepatitis pathway)

Welcome back to the final episode in our liver pathways series on abnormal liver function tests. Today we will be joined again by Dr Sreedharan Gastroenterologist from ULHT to discuss the new pathway and flowcharts created to improve identification and management of patients with a hepatitis presentation on their liver biochemistry (predominantly raised ALT).

All the new pathways are incorporated into your clinical systems and we encourage you to play around with them, reading the explanatory notes and using the flowcharts with your patients.

We will also summarise some of the key points from the liver pathways series.

Thanks for listening!
