Dispensary Stock Assistant | Market Cross Surgery

Overview

Market Cross Surgery is an expanding rural practice situated in the village of Corby Glen. We have a position available for someone to work alongside and under the supervision of our qualified dispensers to ensure a safe working environment.

This is a new role initially for a temporary period of four months but with the possibility of extending which will see the successful applicant dealing with a variety of non-dispensing related duties; to include:

Receive delivery orders, unpack and organise on shelves
Prescription Picking
Ensure all dispensary shelves and work areas are kept clean and tidy
Support the Dispensers in dealing with all aspects of administration including invoices and dispensary related correspondence
Previous General Practice experience would be beneficial, but is not essential
Computer literate – knowledge of SystmOne would be beneficial, but not essential as full training will be given
To undertake other reasonable duties within the framework of the post as directed by the Dispensers and Practice Management Team

Annual Leave entitlement 5 weeks (pro-rata)
