Job Overview
A fabulous opportunity has arisen for a Full Time GP Partner to join our supportive and friendly patient centred team at the Suttons Medical Group. We are a well-staffed, high achieving, high earning practice situated in South Lincolnshire close to the Norfolk and Cambridgeshire borders, and with good access to excellent local state Grammar Schools.
- GMS Practice List size: 16,150
- Currently 5 GP Partners, 2 Salaried GPs and 3 regular Locum GPs,
- Employed Practice Paramedic, & Nurse-Led Chronic Disease Management Team.
- Dispensing surgery with above average dispensing income.
- High QOF achievement.
- CQC rating ‘Good’ at last inspection.
- GP Special Interests are always welcome.
- No current weekend or OOH work commitments.
- 6 Weeks Annual Leave plus 1 weeks Study Leave plus all bank holidays.
- Excellent supportive Management and Staff Teams.
- 2 Site practice, both with purpose-built premises and situated just 3 miles apart.
- Experience of working with either EMIS Web or SystmOne clinical systems welcome.

- Start Date – around 1st October 2024
The successful candidate is likely to be an innovative and enthusiastic team player, with excellent communication skills and a commitment to providing high quality patient centred care. Previous GP Partnership experience is desirable, although consideration may be given to first time partnership dependant on previous experience.
