GP Partner Vacancy (7 Sessions) | Spilsby Surgery

Spilsby Surgery is a small rural training and dispensing practice of approximately 7500 patients, situated on the edge of the Lincolnshire Wolds in an area of outstanding natural beauty.  We currently have 3 GP Partners (which will reduce to 2 following a retirement, hence the need for a new Partner), 3 Associate GPs and a Nurse Consultant along with a mix of Practice Nurses, HCAs and administrative support.  We pride ourselves on demonstrating a blend of working as with innovation and efficiency.

We pride ourselves on team culture, supporting each other not just professionally and with our workload and but in life in general. It really is a great place to be. We believe strongly in a learning environment and have weekly clinical meetings and training sessions.

The GPs are a blend of personalities, ages and gender and this brings a well-balanced team and practice.

We are consistently successful financially and in business, looking after today whilst planning for tomorrow but this isn’t our main focus. Our main focus is good patient care and good care of ourselves and each other. We meet every morning for coffee, have lunch together where we can and have our doors open. Everyone is happy to ask and answer any questions too.

We have a vacancy for a Partner, for 6 clinical and 1 administrative session per week on a profit share basis. This is to replace a long-standing Partner is retiring.  We have no specific start date in mind – but would like to recruit before the Autumn.
