Salaried GP Opportunity – Ruskington Medical Practice

About Us:
Ruskington Medical Practice is a rural, dispensing GMS practice, caring for just under 8,000 patients. We have a dynamic clinical team comprising one GP Partner, one Salaried GP, two Advanced Nurse Practitioners (ANPs), one Advanced Clinical Practitioner (ACP), and one Urgent Care Practitioner (UCP).
The clinical team is supported by a dedicated Clinical Care Coordinator who focuses on our most vulnerable, palliative, and care home patients. Our experienced nursing team leads on the management of long-term conditions and health promotion.
Approximately one-third of our patients are dispensing patients, supported by a competent and helpful dispensary team working closely alongside our clinicians and our efficient patient services (reception and admin) team.
We run a daily morning multidisciplinary team (MDT) meeting to review and triage the day’s workload, ensuring a supportive environment with regular team debriefs. SystmOne Practice, with online triage tool ANIMA and clinical support software ARDENS and Welby Innovate to aid and improve quality across the whole practice team.
We are actively involved with our Primary Care Network (PCN) and local Federation, hosting a range of additional roles including Pharmacists, a Mental Health Practitioner, an MSK First Contact Practitioner, and a Paramedic Home Visiting Team.

The Role:
- Position: Salaried GP
- Sessions: 4 sessions per week (2 days)
- Start Date: Negotiable – from July 2025
- Starting salary £11,500 dependant on experience
