Take-30 is Lincolnshire LMC’s telephone support service, available to Lincolnshire general practice staff for free.
This is not an emergency service – if you need to speak with someone urgently, please call NHS 111 service or the Samaritans 0116 123 (24hrs). Also, GPs can contact the BMA support service can be contacted on 0330 123 1245 (24hrs).
This service aimed at providing confidential peer support for busy GP’s, Practice Managers, Nurses and all other Practice Staff Members as they work through everyday worries, struggles and challenges.

You will be asked to provide a first name and a telephone number so that we can arrange for one of our experienced mentors to give you a call. If you feel too busy to talk, let us know and we can arrange to call you at a more convenient time.
