Day 1:

Doors open at 08:30hrs

Register your arrival and collect your conference pack before starting your first day off the right way with refreshments and a light breakfast served in the exhibitor marketplace. Catch up with colleagues or peruse the stands before making your way to the main conference.

AM sessions will start at 9:30hrs

Lunch will be a  hot meal served as usual in the hotel restaurant. Everyone will have plenty of time to explore stalls, network with peers, try a mentoring session and recharge before the afternoon sessions start.

After the day comes to a close there is a chance to unwind with a drink at happy hour and maximise quality time with friends, colleagues and sponsors. You will then have time to relax and get ready for the evenings festivities.

Return to a transformed conference hall for an evening of good food, great company and lively entertainment.

Dress code for the evening banquet: formal dinner attire/ evening-out-wear/ business casual/ black tie

Day 2:

Refuel before the morning starts with a full English breakfast or opt for a lighter option, there will be plenty to choose from!

Meander round the stalls or use the morning to experience a mentoring session. Then make your way to the conference hall for the final day of sessions. Lunch will again take place in the restaurant and the day will be filled with little treats and plenty of breaks to keep everyone going.

Mentoring & Coaching sessions will be available to all attendees throughout both days of the conference.
